Descrizione

Single-tooth replacement in the esthetic zone is one of the most common indications for dental implant placement. Immediate Dentoalveolar Restoration (IDR) is a technique developed to expand the indications for immediate loading in cases with compromised hard or soft tissues. Through reconstruction of lost tissues during the same surgical session as implant placement and provisionalization, the protocol reduces treatment stages while enhancing esthetic outcomes and predictability.

This course is designed for clinicians seeking advanced skills in immediate implant therapy, alveolar ridge preservation, and reconstruction techniques aimed at minimizing tissue loss and improving long-term esthetic and functional results. Participants will learn how to confidently apply evidence-based IDR protocols in daily practice and increase treatment predictability in challenging implant cases. Clinical cases of varying complexity will be presented to demonstrate the versatility and effectiveness of this approach.

The International Master Course in Immediate Dentoalveolar Restoration (IDR) was created and is presented by the inventor of the technique, Dr. José Carlos Martins da Rosa. This comprehensive program provides participants with an in-depth understanding of Immediate Dentoalveolar Restoration, from alveolar socket preservation to complex alveolar socket reconstruction.

The course consists of a three-day scientific program featuring evidence-based lectures, clinical decision-making protocols, surgical videos, and live surgery demonstrations. Participants also have the option to attend an additional fourth day dedicated to hands-on training, where they will practice the IDR protocols and grafting techniques under expert guidance.

What makes this course unique?

  1. Created and taught by the inventor of the IDR technique, with over 20 years of clinical experience.
  2. Evidence-based protocols supported by long-term clinical outcomes.
  3. Live surgery demonstrating real-world clinical applications.
  4. Comprehensive hands-on training with maxillary tuberosity grafting techniques.
  5. Focus on diagnosis, treatment planning, risk management, and management of complex clinical cases.
